Cancellation

A 24 -hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment or you will be charged 50% of the full service price for a late cancellation.

Payment is due before your next appointment.

The exception to this policy will be if you are sick. Please cancel your appointment without penalty if you are sick.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals.

Please be on time to your appointment.

No Show

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged in FULL for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
