The best care
Preventative measures and intensified sanitation protocols intended to reduce the spread of COVID-19 have been implemented. Please be aware that this work involves close physical proximity over an extended period of time in a indoor space, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. Your therapist will be wearing a face covering during the duration of your visit and follow all safety procedures.
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule due to illness or possible exposure to COVID-19 I understand and request for you to please contact the studio as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for sick cancellations.
HEPA Air Purifiers
The Therapy room is equipped with a High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter help air out the room. The HEPA filter is used at full speed between clients to help air out the room
Both massage therapist and client will wear a facial covering through the duration of the massage. This may be challenging face down so I will provide side-lying options
Cancel If Your Are Sick
Please reschedule if you or anyone you have been in contact with has been exposed to COVID-19. It is not a good idea to get massage when your body is trying to fight off an infection.
COVID -19 Survey
You will be emailed a survey 2 hours prior to your appointment (every appointment) please answer the questions.
Handwashing or Sanitizing
Please wash or sanitize your hands upon entry.
Keeping things clean has always been the priority at Catalyst. I have included a few new cleaning measures. The floor is mopped after each client and the fabric chair and curtains have been removed.
